We have been invited to hold a stall at the Official Opening of Castle Park, following its revamp, on Sunday 1 September 12-5pm. The Arts Group and several Committee members will be in attendance. There will be a host of activities in the park during the event, from falconry, archery, Norman battle re-enactment, skate- boarding demos by professionals, axe-throwing displays and conservation groups. All are welcome to either join us as u3a members or to just come along and join in the fun!
